RESEP KRENGSENGAN DAGING KAMBING
Link YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pMFUCIg_gGM
Selamat pagi teman-teman,
Kemaren aku beli daging kambing, rencana mau share resep 'Gule Bustaman' tapi lupa beli daun korokeling, ya udah akhirnya Yodha malah minta dibuatkan Krengsengan aja. 😃 Dia memang penggemar krengsengan, apalagi daging kambing.
Masak krengsengan aku biasanya aku pakai daging sapi, tapi pakai daging kambing juga enak lho, bahkan menurutku lebih bercita rasa.
Menu kental kuahnya, sedep nglawuhi seperti ini paling pas untuk menu sahur ya teman-teman (meskipun puasanya masih 2 minggu lagi). Yuk di-save dulu resepnya buat persiapan menu bulan puasa nanti, masaknya bisa sore saja, pagi tinggal manasin buat sahur jadi praktis kan?
Jika kurang suka daging kambing, pakai daging sapi saja, atau ayam, atau ati ampela tetap enak, atau telur rebus juga aku udah pernah coba. 💕
Daging aku pakai daging lulur ya, jadi nggak aku rebus dulu, tapi jika pakai daging lain misal mau direbus juga tidak masalah ya.
