Selamat siang teman-teman,
SELAMAT MENUNAIKAN IBADAH PUASA RAMADHAN.
Menu hari ini aku bikin Sambal Goreng Pelengkap Gudeg lagi teman-teman, kali ini porsi besar ya… 1 panci penuh 😃 Biasa buat dibagi-bagi ke keluarga. Silahkan di-save resepnya, buat masak pas ada acara keluarga atau Lebaran 🤣.. Puasa saja baru 1 hari, belum-belum sudah mikir lebaran ya HaHa
RESEP SAMBAL GORENG KRECEK
Bahan:
- 250 g Krecek Yogya, aku beli Kreceknya online, dan rasanya enak sama seperti beli di Yogya.
- 250 g kacang tholo, rendam hingga mekar, rebus setengah matang
- 250 g tempe, potong kotak kecil
- 1500 ml santan
- 70 g gula merah
- 1 sdm kaldu sapi
- Secukupnya garam
- 3 daun salam
- 3 cm lengkuas geprek
- 100 g bawang merah, iris tipis
- 5 bawang putih, iris tipis
Bumbu Halus :
- 100g cabe merah keriting
- 2 bawang putih, haluskan.
Cara Membuat :
- Tumis duo bawang hingga harum
- Masukkan santan, lengkuas, daun salam , bumbu
- Masukkan Tempe, Kacang Tholo, Krecek
- Masak api kecil (Ingat..!.. harus api kecil ya, kalau mau warnanya cantik seperti punya aku..kalau gak sabar dan masaknya api besar, nggak akan cantik mlekoh warnanya)
- Masak hingga meresap, cek rasa, tinggal disesuaikan selera gurih-manisnya ya, tambah garam / gula, karena masak Krecek gini.. Kreceknya kan nyerap bumbu..jadi harus berani bumbu, gurih pedes manisnya harus terasa seimbang ya...
- Terakhir masukkan 50 g cabe rawit ijo untuk ceplusan.
