Selamat Sore,
Pepes, adalah salah satu menu favorit aku dan suami jadi aku sering bikin di rumah teman-teman. Praktis, bisa cukup ditemani nasi putih hangat dan kerupuk saja. Sebenarnya kalau mau makan sehat, paling enak bikin pepesan begini teman-teman, bahan yang dipepes juga bisa banyak variasinya.
Pepes adalah lauk kukus yang enak, sedep, miroso, nglawuhi karena berbumbu banyak cuma kadang malah jadi gagal diet, kenapa? Karena ngabisin nasi. 🤣 Kali ini aku buat 'Pepes Pindang' enak sedep, tinggal menumis sayuran aja nanti sebelum waktu makan, biar fresh. 💕
RESEP PEPES PINDANG
Bahan:
- 2 ikan pindang ukuran agak besar, bersihin jerohan dalam, dibelah dua, dibuang tulangnya.
Bumbu:
- 8 bawang merah
- 3 bawang putih
- 4 Kemiri
- 10 cabai merah keriting
- 5 cabai rawit merah
- 1 sereh, ambil putih aja
- 2 cm kunyit
- 2 cm jahe
- 1/2 sdk teh terasi bakar
Semua bumbu di atas dihaluskan menggunakan Chopper hingga halus.
Tambahkan:
- 1 sdk mkn gula merah
- 2 sdk teh kaldu sapi
- 1/4 sdk teh garam ( atau sesuai selera.. kalau suka asin boleh ditambah b)
Aduk rata bumbu, ikan, 1 genggam kemangi, 1- 2 tomat dipotong-potong, cek rasa dulu ya, harus berani bumbu agar gurih pedes sedikit manis rasanya.
Bungkus dengan daun pisang, jadi dua pepes kalau besar seperti punyaku, kalau bungkus kecil-kecil bisa jadi 4 bungkus.
