Nugget Tahu & Ayam
Siang..
Aku belum belanja ke pasar lagi nich teman2 di kulkas adanya sisa Ayam sedikit sama Tahu, yuk kita buat Nugget Tahu aja..
Enak bisa buat cemilan atau lauk anak2 ya teman2..
Bisa juga untuk stok lauk frozen di freezer ya💕
Bahan :
300 g tahu putih, perasaan, haluskan
50 g tepung sagu / maizena
1 batang sledri, cincang
2 sdt kaldu, 1/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica, 1 putih telur
Aduk rata, cicipi rasa dgn cara digoreng sedikit adonan
Setelah rasa pas sesuai selera, tuang adonan ke wadah tahan panas, kukus sekitar 30 menit hgg matang
Dinginkan, potong2
Lalu lumuri terigu, celup kocokan telur
Lalu balur dengan tepung panir
