Mendung-mendung goreng Sermier...🤣
Aku mah gitu ... musim hujan malah pengen bikin kerupuk Sermier.. untungnya masih ada panas dikit2....kering gak maksimal tapi hasilnya tetap bisa ngembang 💕💕
Gara2 di bawain singkong hasil panen sendiri pas ke Yogya kemaren...buanyak mau di olah jajanan basah gak mungkin habis..jadi di buat yang awet aja 😀
Ini versi gurih yang pakai bumbu ketumbar bawang ya teman2..kalau di webku ada juga resep sermier pedes tambahin cabe ulek.
Enak semua..kalau yang gurih ini dominan rasa ketumbar kudu kuat...tuch keliatan kan gak perlu halus ngulek ketumbarnya itu bikin enak banget 🤣
Kalau beli kerupuk gini di pasar aku kurang cocok rasanya... gak terasa bumbunya dan tipis banget gak terasa singkongnya 😅🙃
Bahan :
- 1.5 kg singkong, parut
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 2 sendok teh ketumbar
- 2 sdk teh kaldu ayam
- 1 sdk teh garam ( secukupnya..di cicipi aja adonannya ya )
Cara Membuat :
- Haluskan bawang putih dan ketumbar, campur dengan semua bahan lain. cicipin rasanya dulu..udah pas atau belum bumbunya.Kalau nggak mau mentah ya..pas di uapin dulu baru cicipin.⁴
- Didihkan air di panci kecil yang ada tutupnya. Taruh sedikit adonan di tutup panci, ratakan hingga berbentuk bulat lalu tutupkan kembali ke panci yang sudah mendidih. Diamkan sebentar, lalu angkat dan lepaskan dengan spatula atau pisau. Lakukan hingga adonan habis, dan tata di nampan. jemur hingga kering, sehari atau 2 hari tergantung panas ya..Setelah kering...lalu goreng sebentar di minyak panas hingga matang. Simpan di toples ketika sudah dingin ya.
- Jika mau cepat..gunakan dua tutup panci..jadi satu di uapin..satu lagi udah siap di tutup panci lain..atau piring dari blek.
